Pizza Topping
2 oz. pepperoni (about 22 slices)
1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, shredded
1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
On floured surface roll out dough into 12-inch round; place in greased pizza pan. Spread sauce over top of dough. Add pepperoni and ground beef; sprinkle with cheeses and top with parsley flakes. Bake on lowest rack in 425 degrees oven for 20 minutes or until crust is done and cheese is melted. Serve with parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 4.

Pizza Sauce
1 14-oz. can peeled whole tomatoes
1 6-oz. can tomato paste
1 small green pepper, diced
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingreients in saucepan, stir; bring to boil and simmer 12 minutes.

Recipe #13

Pizza Dough
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 pkg quick rise dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup warm water
2 Tbsp. oil
In large bowl combine flours, yeast, salt and sugar; stir in warm water (105-115) and oil; mix well. Turn out onto floured surface, cover and let rise for 12 minutes.

Recipe #12

Pie Crust
2 cup flour, sifted
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup butter-flavored shortening
5 to 7 Tbsp. ice water
Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening with pastry blender until size of peas. Add ice water 1 tablespoon at a time; toss with fork until dough sticks together. Press into ball; divide in half. On floured surface roll out to desired shape. Yield: 9 inch double crust pie

Poppy Seed Bread
3 cup flour
2 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Combine dry ingredients. Mix milk, oil, eggs and extracts; add dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 60-75 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and cover with glaze.

Zucchini Bread
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
3 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 cup grated zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts
Beat sugar and oil; add eggs; beat until well mixed. Combine dry ingredients. Stir into sugar mixture; blend just until moistened. Stir in zucchini and walnuts. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes or until done.
